All the companies are family owned and run by the Stratis family who has been in the catering business for over twenty years.

In June 2005 the Managing Director of the company, Mr. Petros Stratis, was voted for the third consecutive three year term as a member of the board of Directors of ACTA(Association of Cyprus Travel Agents).
